Appreciate all the feedback in your letter, it is very informative and has helped me a lot in developing me as a leader. You and Peter have installed confidence in me and made me believe in myself.

The coaching sessions with one of the team from the Partnership encouraged me to reflect on my management and leadership behaviour, particularly towards my employees.   The feedback exercise was more useful than I anticipated in reminding me of my strengths and the qualities others see in me, plus those areas where I am less effective.    I am very clear where I now need to focus to develop my managerial and leadership skills.

Not only did the coach help me clarify what I wanted from my career but also how it interacts with my personal life/goals. Career goals and personal goals should work together not against one another. the Partnership helped me see that and helped me build the foundations of what I wanted to work towards in the future.
