Brendan O’Shea
The Partnership’s Chairman
coaches CEOs and Board level executives as well as high
potential professionals. His coaching clients span a
wide range of cultural and geographical divides. He
has senior level managerial experience and specialises
in leadership and developmental coaching. He recently
completed a current state assessment of sales management
activities for the Wealth Management division of a UK
bank (1400 staff, 20 geographic areas), recommending
and developing sales management programs to accelerate
change. He is also responsible for developing our growing
market in the Middle East, where he continues to work
with one of the largest banks on their leadership development
strategy.
