John Rogers

John is an experienced strategic leader in learning and development with a strong interest in workplace learning. He spent 14 years at Barclays Bank leading a wide range of change projects which included shaping and directing the implementation of Barclays corporate university for 80,000 employees in the UK and Africa. As Head of Barclays University Business School he was responsible for executive education.

He established a leading-edge portfolio of learning solutions covering leadership, senior and middle management leaders. His work has been published in the Financial Times, the Handbook of Corporate University Development (Gower) and recognised internationally through the Corporate University Xchange Awards.
