Juan
Caballero
Co-founder and CEO of our Middle East business, Juan
was formerly Director of Learning and Performance with
one of the largest banks in the Middle East. In 1999
he established Performance Improvement Associates, Inc.,
a firm based in the USA, to help the development of
professionals and managers in companies throughout the
Americas, Europe and the Middle East. Prior to that,
he had over 30 year’s international experience
at Regional VP and Director levels, focused on learning,
performance and development disciplines, with global
financial institutions. |
