“Don't talk to me about Conflict!” I screamed...

“Lynda Anderson (pictured right) has been spending some of her time coaching senior people on Conflict Management. It often lies at the bottom of those “difficult people problems” that Lynda observes clients often want to bring to their coaching sessions but sometimes don't like to dwell on.
Her approach to the subject is to focus on HOW people are communicating about “that problem” rather than the content of it. She thinks about how people might “find a way to loosen the sometimes rigid positions which they have adopted” and “how we can help people to talk to each other.”
