Brendan O'Shea [Chairman, Europe]
The Partnership's founder and Chairman coaches Board Members, CEOs and senior executives as well as high potential professionals. His coaching clients span a wide range of cultural and geographical divides. He has consulted in over 25 different countries. He has senior level managerial experience and specialises in leadership and developmental coaching. Brendan is an accredited coach and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He regularly presents at conferences on the subject of Leadership.
Peter Grundy [Managing Director, Europe]
Managing Director of the Partnership Peter Grundy has focused on the financial services and IT sectors, improving business results by increasing people's productivity and performance. His emphasis on careful diagnosis, rigorous project management and measurement of results has contributed to long relationships with, international client organisations in Europe and the Middle East.
Peter has proved effective as a Consultant, Faciliator and Executive Coach. He focuses on building high performance and superior results for clients.
After university in London, Peter has continued to add to his knowledge base with studies in Resource Management, Sociology, Behavioural Sciences and NLP.
Juan Caballero [CEO, Middle East]
Co-founder and CEO of our Middle East business, Juan was formerly Director of Learning and Performance with one of the largest banks in the Middle East. In 1999 he established Performance Improvement Associates, Inc., a firm based in the USA, to help the development of professionals and managers in companies throughout the Americas, Europe and the Middle East. Prior to that, he had over 30 year's international experience at Regional VP and Director levels, focused on learning, performance and development disciplines, with global financial institutions. Juan coaches a number of executives in the Middle East.

Hazel Valentine
Hazel has been working as an independent management consultant, Trainer, Facilitator, Mentor and Coach. She worked as a management consultant with one of the world's top management consultancies in their Banking & Financial Services practices and HR.
She has a wealth of experience in coaching, mentoring and facilitating groups and has worked with all levels of management in both business and voluntary sector in the UK and Europe. Her consultancy work has involved her in a wide variety of organisations.
Hazel has completed a Masters Degree in Human Resource Strategy and Development and has been a part-time visiting lecturer at the London Metropolitan University on its Masters programme.
She is currently a member of the faculty for The Academy of Executive Coaching and is Director of their Foundation Diploma in Executive Coaching She has a Diploma in Advanced Executive Coaching.
Hazel was nominated for an award as Business Advisor of the Year with the Arts & Business Council South East in 2006.
Trevor Lee
Trevor has extensive experience in running business units and companies, both in the UK and internationally. He was a Managing Director of one of the world's largest insurance companies. His recent work includes supporting clients in the planning and implementation of sales, business development and operational strategies, the development of staff and change management. Trevor is a qualified and accredited executive coach. He is licensed to use a range of psychometric tools.
Lynda Anderson
Lynda is an experienced coach and facilitator specialising in behaviour change and the development of people skills. In addition to tutoring on London Business School management programmes, Lynda runs workshops in conflict management, and influencing and coaching skills. She is also a counsellor and uses this experience in her work with businesses, helping managers and teams to resolve conflicts. She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and is licensed to use a range of psychometric evaluation tools.
Marina McGoldrick
Marina is an experienced Executive Coach who works with Senior Executives individually and in teams to bring about personal and organisational change. She has extensive multi-sector experience as well as a successful track record in the Energy and Utility sectors managing major strategic and operational change initiatives. Her early career was in Law.
Marina is a pragmatic coach combining her business and organisational experience with her capability in helping individuals better understand their own approach to leadership style.
Marina is an accredited coach and has a Masters in Executive Coaching.
Richard Dear
Richard has worked with the Partnership for 15 years, specialising in sales, sales management, negotiating and influencing skills, management and teambuilding. His experience includes the provision of a range of coaching services and activities for major UK and global corporate clients. His coaching assignments include improving sales results, addressing staff performance, through to improving communication skills at senior management level.
Jackie Elliott
Drawing on her varied and demanding experience Jackie coaches and mentors Executives to realise their true potential with a specific focus on personal and organisational change – including career coaching.
Jackie brings an understanding of business and how it works at all levels from 20 years experience in the IT sector enjoying many diverse management positions. She combines a track record and expertise in HR, where she was a European HR Business Partner, with numerous Business Operations positions.
In the latter roles, Jackie successfully delivered a clear strategic focus while ensuring the day-to-day operations continued – a balance she recognises as absolutely paramount for many of the Executives with whom she works.
Jackie is a member of the EMCC and her coaching style is one of calmness and focus.
Chris Farrance
Chris is a senior banking consultant and has had extensive experience in senior management. Chris has a strong background in management and marketing roles in retail and corporate banking, and his key areas of expertise include change management, sales & service, and marketing.
Chris is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. He is also a published author, specialising in managing relationships, and is a visiting lecturer at Bristol Business School and the Institute of Financial Services.
Francine Beleyi
Francine Belayi is a forward thinking change facilitator and executive coach. She is bilingual (French & English) and has 13 years of international (Continental Europe, Africa and the UK) experience in multinationals e.g Total, BNP Paribas, AXA, but also in the not-for-profit sector and SMEs. Her versatile business background includes information systems, accounting, business improvement, project & change management. She has led and supported multi-million pound projects. She holds a Master's degree in organisational consulting and change management.
John Brayford
John has excelled in a variety of senior management roles in the the UK, the Middle East and Africa whilst working in the international aviation sector. He has a strong commercial and operational track record.
John is a certified professional coach whose key areas of expertise include team development, behavioural awareness and the development of the individual. He is qualified and licenses to administer a range of behavioural instruments.
Annie Brett
With an industry background in management development, her specialist areas include management and leadership skills, executive and career coaching. Her work additionally embraces interpersonal and communication skills, recruitment, assessment and selection strategies, performance management and team building. She has carried out assignments for many blue chip organisations in a wide variety of industries including IT, finance, healthcare and the charity sector. Annie is licensed to use a number of recognised psychometric tools.
Michael Charlesworth
A professional actor in the 80s and 90s appearing in London's West End, on radio and TV, Michael moved into management coaching in 1999. His primary role continues to be working with people who need to improve their personal impact and communication skills. Michael uses the phrase "Speaking with Authenticity" to describe how someone addressing an audience or making a presentation should focus their efforts. With clients in a wide span of sectors (from Accenture to the NHS to The John Lewis Group) his background in the theatre has helped Michael to improve the effectiveness of a lot of presenters.
Michael is also MBTI qualified and uses the 'Time To Think' methodology as appropriate.

David Blatchford is an experienced international banker with extensive knowledge and expertise in global market activities.
A consistent key success factor has been David's ability to develop and lead teams which are focused on the implementation of strategic plans, often in changing market conditions and facing strong competition.
Craig Redbond
Craig Redbond is the Chief Executive of Executive Change Group an organisation providing high level consultancy and training services to the world's leading IT players. One of the Company's USP's is that it knows, or has access to, the vast majority of the national and international corporate CIOs and, indeed, involves many of them in its various activities.
Apart from his general management skills, he takes an active role in helping clients develop their market profile and executive engagement strategies.
Prior to setting up Executive Change Group he was one of the co-Founders of CIO Connect the premier forum for senior IT executives of European and Global corporations.
Outside of the business world, Craig is the Chairman of a UK based children's charity.
