Peter Grundy
Managing Director Peter Grundy
has spent the last 18 years working in the financial
services and IT sectors, improving business results
by increasing people’s productivity and performance.
His emphasis on careful diagnosis, rigorous project
management and measurement of results has earned plaudits
from, and long relationships with, international client
organisations in Europe and the Middle East.
His career has included periods in the
manufacturing and distribution industry in the US
and Europe followed by a role in Bank of America’s
EMEA Division. His experience there as an internal
consultant led to a move into the Bank’s Operational
Products, Cash Management and e-banking lines of business.
Peter has proved effective as a Consultant,
Faciliator and Executive Coach (currently with CIOs
and executives in investment banking) focusing on
building high performance and superior results for
clients. A recent unsolicited quote expressed the
view that his “reputation as a coach is exceptional”.
He also works as a ‘player-manager’ with
the Partnership’s team of experienced consultants
who have a wide range of business skills.
After university in London, Peter
continued to add to his knowledge base with with studies
in Resource Management, Sociology, Behavioural Sciences
(Europe and the US) and NLP. He has been accepted
for a Masters programme in Organisational Development
and is a regular attender at seminars run by the UK’s
Institute of Directors of which he has been a member
for over 10 years. |
