Richard Dear
Richard has worked with the Partnership
for 15 years, specialising in sales, sales management,
negotiating and influencing skills, management and
teambuilding. His experience includes the provision
of a range of coaching services and activities for
major UK and global corporate clients. He was also
responsible for the design and delivery of management
skills and personal development training for 4,500
employees in a UK based multinational company, and
his coaching assignments include improving sales results,
addressing staff performance, through to improving
communication skills at senior management level.
