I think that the coach from the Partnership was good at getting things out of me. The coaching boosted my confidence not just in my skills (such as presenting) but in talking over decisions and helping me make the right decisions. It wasn't a question of him telling me but helping me to come up with a range of options. I found it fruitful and helpful; I've been happy to be part of this process.
We wanted to once again thank you for an invigorating couple of days... There's a lot of action points from this and when they're all fully in play back at work, I'm very optimistic about how much more we'll see coming from it for the business

The coaching, what's happening here is working....Changing the way you have in this short space of time, I can't commend you enough ......I'm seeing in you a more collaborative way of working with me and with others......visible, notable signs of progress.....a new program is being loaded in you even if it's not in your operating system as yet
The subject matter we worked through during each session was really applicable to my role, and the mix of coaching and consultation was most important. The support I had from my coach during my first 90 days with the organisation helped me make the business my own, to get the re-shaping underway with clearly defined deliverables. The revised proposition was signed off by the board and crucially the sales decline has been arrested.

It helps to be able to speak with someone who is experienced in business and management, who is independent and one step removed so has no political axe to grind.
The most important aspects of the programme were being able to bounce ideas, gaining an independent perspective, and discovering useful techniques and principles in conveying messages to work colleagues, in particular to senior executives
