Karan Douglas - Leadership and Team Coach

Karan has consulted with companies across many sectors including financial, technology, telecoms, healthcare and chemicals in her 22 years’ experience.

She coaches leaders, managers and sales people, both one-to-one and as teams, and adopts a strength-based approach, supporting clients in identifying and applying their strengths to maximise individual and team performance and wellbeing.

An early part of her career was spent at Citigroup in sales, product management and talent development roles. She was instrumental in the start-up and growth of the EMEA subsidiary of a US sales performance improvement company. Her role included business and sales strategy, talent acquisition and development, sales team coaching and performance, and 3rd party vendor management.

Karan has an Advanced Diploma in Personal, Leadership & Executive Coaching and is a member of the British Psychological Society. She underpins her approach with the evidence base she has gained from her academic studies in Positive Psychology and Organisational Psychology.

As part of her ongoing personal development Karan is currently researching a PhD in psychological wellbeing and is consequently able to bring the latest thinking on that subject to her coaching practice.
