Step 1 - What’s the Need?

  • Establish the clear business or organisational need for the initiative.

  • Clarify the expected benefits.

Step 2 - Diagnostic

  • Discovery sessions with team members plus diagnostic exercises.

Step 3 - Launch

  • Create a contract with the team, including the agreed measures of success.

 

Step 4 - Team Coaching Sessions

  • Frequency of sessions.

  • Bespoke to the need and desired outcomes.

  • Approach to the sessions - usually over a 6-9 month period.

Step 5 - Reassess & Measure

  • Repeat diagnostic exercises to measure impact.

Step 6 - Sustainability Plan

  • Agree action plan to sustain the team over time.
