Our Team

Peter Grundy [Chief Executive Officer]

Chief Executive Officer of the Partnership, Peter Grundy works with clients in a range of sectors and geographies, majoring on the financial/professional services and IT sectors. Peter spent part of his earlier career in Bank of America working on treasury and cash management solutions.  He spearheads our C-suite coaching practice and has contributed to long relationships with business leaders of international client organisations in Europe and the Middle East. He has worked on assignments in more than 20 countries around the world.  Peter helped to develop our methodology around coaching for Your First 100 Days which has been valued by a number of newly appointed CEOs.  He has received excellent feedback as an Executive Coach, Consultant and Facilitator. He focuses on building high performance organisations with superior results by improving the impact and effectiveness of their senior people.  After University in London, Peter continued to add to his knowledge base with studies in Resource Management, Behavioural Science and NLP. His current Personal Development goals include developing skills in selling to matrixed businesses and understanding the mechanics of business start-ups.

Rizane Abbas

Rizane is a very experienced manager and leader who has had an exceptional career in prestigious and successful organizations. She has held a number of high profile senior positions and has been responsible for achieving stretching bottom-line results in the businesses she has run. Rizane has been Executive Vice President and Head of Strategy and Transformation at the largest unmerged bank in the Middle East Region. She has a BA in English Literature and is a Certified Executive Coach through an extensive programme at Strathclyde University in Scotland. She was one of the first females to be qualified as a business coach in the Middle East Region. Rizane combines her business experience and coaching techniques to support senior executives as well as high potential professionals. This may be how best to leverage their leadership to achieve organizational effectiveness, skill building, behavioral change or development for future assignments.

Lynda Anderson

Lynda is an experienced coach and facilitator specialising in behaviour change and the development of people skills. In addition to tutoring on London Business School management programmes, Lynda runs workshops in conflict management, and influencing and coaching skills. She is also a counsellor and uses this experience in her work with businesses, helping managers and teams to resolve conflicts. She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and is licensed to use a range of psychometric evaluation tools.

Michael Brennan

Michael Brennan is a highly motivated, operationally focused and results driven manager, coach and consultant with a wealth of experience in competitive commercial environments. He has successfully managed and coached others to manage businesses in a variety of industries and is particularly effective in fast moving, rapidly evolving operations.  Michael has worked extensively in the financial services and publishing industries and has been Managing Director of three high profile companies having previously had a distinguished career in senior operational roles in the military.  His coaching clients include CEOs and Managing Directors of a number of substantial sized companies in various parts of the world.  Michael has worked full-time in the Gulf and his most recent assignment was a Senior Advisor to the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority where he successfully led a number of executive development projects.  Michael has a B Comm (Hons) and an MBA. He is an accredited coach through extensive study and successful completion of the Academy of Executive Coaching and ICF approved programme.  He is an accredited trainer and facilitator and a Senior Lecturer in Strategic Leadership in Cork University in Ireland.

Richard Dear

Richard has worked with the Partnership for 26 years, specialising in sales, sales management, negotiating and influencing skills, management and teambuilding. His experience includes the provision of a range of coaching services and activities for major UK and global corporate clients. His coaching assignments include improving sales results, addressing staff performance, through to improving communication skills at senior management level.

Andrew Deller

Andrew is a qualified Executive Coach with substantial financial services leadership experience as well as currently, considerable exposure to driving cultural change in African and the Middle Eastern businesses.  A senior leader with a range of career experience he has led project and risk management, HR business partnering, management development and organisational change within complex organisational structures.  During 9 years of consultancy experience he has worked with Leaders, teams and L&D functions in organisations to drive up capability and performance. Clients recognise Andrew’s flexibility and adaptability in building relationships with individuals at all levels, in order to foster personal development and behavioural changes.

Seumas Gallacher

Seumas is a highly credible and respected Executive Coach.  He has a 30+ year track record of significant achievements as CEO and in “C” level roles across the globe.  His range of industry experience includes technology, shipping, and financial services. He has continued his career through projects including turnaround situations, customer service efficiency, process improvement, and leadership development in a wide range of diverse industries. His executive coaching and mentoring portfolio includes senior executives working in the UAE, Bahrain (where he is now resident), and KSA. Seumas has managed successfully in companies as far apart as Australasia, Europe, the Far East and the Gulf region.  This has given him a high level of cultural sensitivity, an essential ingredient for coaching effectiveness.

Walid Genadry

Walid is a highly qualified and experienced Board Director and member of Board Committees including Risk, Audit and Executive. He is currently Chair of the Risk Committee for a prominent Regional bank. He has proven leadership skills in multi-cultural work environments in both private and public sectors.  Walid has an MBA from INSEAD and a Masters in Electrical Engineering from McGill University in Canada. He is fluent in English, Arabic and French and is a sought after regular speaker at conferences around the globe.  He is an accredited executive coach having gained the Diploma in Executive and Corporate Coaching at the University of Texas.  Walid currently works with Board members, CEOs and other “C”- Level executives. His current clients include senior managers at Diageo and Axa. His corporate experience spans 30 years across markets, industries and companies. He has succeeded in many senior roles including as Head of the Insurance Control Commission in Lebanon, Transformation Projects in the Telecomms and Banking industries and the turnaround of a Division of a global industrial company.

Arif Hunashi

Arif is highly committed to coaching and mentoring of people at all levels.  He is passionate about supporting organizations and individuals to improve both business and leadership performance and to develop talent at all levels. Arif has an extensive and diverse experience base, having had senior roles in FMCG and Insurance industries both in the UK and for many years living and working throughout the Middle-East. He has delivered significant value in senior executive positions for both leading global multinationals and local family businesses.  He had an extensive career in Unilever.  These roles in a variety of industries, markets and companies have given him a unique understanding of the different managerial and leadership challenges and how to create value in these different environments. He has a proven track record of delivering results. Arif holds a 1st class honours Bachelor Degree in Engineering and is a Charted Electrical Engineer.  He has an MBA (Distinction) in Marketing, and holds a Coaches Training Institute (CTI) qualification which is International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited. He is fluent in English and Arabic.

David Huntley

David has over 25 years of international Board level senior management and leadership experience.  For the past decade has been enjoying a career as a business coach and Non-Executive Director. He is specialized in executive and team coaching and works across a broad range of sectors in the UK, Europe and Middle East. David is an experienced and versatile coach specialising in supporting and bringing thought-provoking challenge to senior executives. He works with individuals and teams committed to improving their personal and organisational impact and effectiveness. His perspective has been gained from a successful and wide-ranging international career together with a fundamental interest in his own continuing personal and professional development.

Alison Mackay

Alison Mackay is a leadership development expert and an executive coach with significant operational experience in Human Resources for complex global businesses.  She works with individuals and teams across the world focusing on executive presence, relationship management and enabling high performing teams in the context of business transformations. She has particular expertise in the area of inclusive leadership and works with businesses to create inclusive cultures to ensure women and other minorities can advance their careers and this critical talent is retained and developed. Alison recently delivered a ground-breaking Women In Leadership programme in Saudi Arabia. Alison has a particular interest in neuroscience which enables individuals to work with their brain to enhance performance and is a member of the Neuroleadership Institute. She is also a qualified executive coach, an NLP Practitioner, a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development.

Marina McGoldrick

Marina is an experienced Executive Coach who works with Senior Executives individually and in teams to bring about personal and organisational change. She has extensive multi-sector experience as well as a successful track record in the Energy and Utility sectors managing major strategic and operational change initiatives. Her early career was in Law. Marina is a pragmatic coach combining her business and organisational experience with her capability in helping individuals better understand their own approach to leadership style. Marina is an accredited coach and has a Masters in Executive Coaching.

Rony Mecattaf

Rony Mecattaf began his career in Coaching in 2005 after 18 years as an international Business Development Consultant. Rony specializes in coaching executives working in an international and multi-cultural environment, and decision-makers who are agents of transition within their organizations.  His long-term interest and training in personal development techniques, his training as a Gestalt practitioner and his international consulting experience, jointly contribute to his original coaching approach.  Rony works with clients in the US, Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. His global experience has enabled him to do professional work in French, English, Arabic and Spanish.  His industry experience includes working in a large breadth of fields, including Telecommunications, Internet and IT, Venture Capital & Finance, Pharmaceuticals, Consulting, and Education. Amongst his client companies are: SAP, INSEAD, Philips, France Telecom and Bank AlJazira.  His business experience is further enriched by his active presence on the Board of Directors of various privately owned companies. Rony is active in the field of Personal Development. He regularly organizes seminars, workshops and events to teach and promote various techniques of Personal Growth.  He is a founding member of the Lebanese Coach Association (LCA).  Rony is certified to deliver and assess the Booth 360 Feedback Surveys and the Myers-Brigg Type Indicator. He is a licensed facilitator for Corporate Coach U’s Coaching Clinic Seminar.  Rony holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University (New York, NY) and an MBA from INSEAD (Fontainebleau, France). His training with Coach U is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), of which he is a credentialed member.

Roula Saba Mouhanna

Roula specializes in coaching executives and leaders at senior level, and in designing and facilitating group coaching engagements, corporate coaching programs, as well as individual coaching for managers to become better leaders. Roula is a PCC Qualified Coach.  She has an M.B.A. from INSEAD (the European Institute of Business Administration, Fontainebleau, France) and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from AUB (the American University of Beirut, Lebanon). She is proficient in 5 languages and is a founding member of the Lebanese Coach Association (LCA). Born and raised in Lebanon, Roula has travelled and lived in Europe, Canada and the Middle East.

Louise Ronnerdahl

Originally a trained accountant with an MBA in General Management (INSEAD) under her belt, Louise spent six years working for the City of London in management consulting and investment banking. In 2011, she changed her focus to developing responsible and catalytic leadership in vulnerable communities. During this journey, she worked with a turnaround company in Tanzania where she deepened her appreciation for the challenges that her clients face. Over the years, she also worked companies that have included Deutsche Bank, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Emerging Leaders.
In 2014, Louise decided to narrow her focus to leadership and team coaching, working with clients at the outer boundaries of their performance to drive sustainable transformation. Her experience spans three continents and almost 100 countries, and she works with companies such as BCG and E&Y. Particular areas of focus in her work are emotional intelligence and mindfulness.

Hazel Valentine

Hazel is a highly experienced Organisational Consultant and Executive Coach and has a wealth of experience coaching and facilitating individuals and groups at all levels of management.  Her consultancy work has included designing and facilitating a number of accredited Coaching Leader programmes for clients both in the UK, Europe, Middle East and Asia.  Most recently she has been working with senior leaders and managers in the largest bank in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia giving 360 feedback combined with executive coaching.  She also works as a coach supervisor with internal coaches in an organisational setting. Many of her strategic change assignments involve working with leaders and teams in order to enable them to discover both their core strengths and how they can utilise their potential to create greater productivity.  Her clients are varied and she has worked within banking, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, construction and retail.  She captured much of her learning in her work “The Performance Coach” published by Gower. She has completed a Masters degree in HR strategy and HRD having researched action learning in financial services.  She is a member of the faculty of the Academy of Executive Coaching where she co-designed the Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching, and has a Diploma in Advanced Executive coaching.  She has a certificate in Gestalt Coaching and Consultancy and has recently completed 2 years in Advanced Transactional Analysis in organisations. She also works as a Coach supervisor with internal coaches in an organisational setting.

Not only did the coach help me clarify what I wanted from my career but also how it interacts with my personal life/goals.
